Description

Strap adjuster in gold, double with centre bar, in the wider version for 30mm webbing on bags and rucksacks. For a detachable shoulder strap you need it together with two snap hooks: snap hooks on the ends of the webbing, the buckle in between, and the strap is ready to clip onto any bag with D-rings.

Inner width 32mm, outer 40mm, inner height 2x 8mm, outer 28mm. The gold tone goes with other gold hardware when all the metal parts on a sewing project are meant to match.

Cut the webbing for the strap on the long side rather than short, because you can adjust it at any time afterwards, whereas shortening and re-sewing is a chore. Neaten the cut end before threading, otherwise it will fray as you pull it through.
