6. Google Ads and conversion tracking
We use Google Ads to draw attention to our products. As part of this we use conversion tracking. It allows us to see whether visitors carry out certain actions on our website after clicking on a Google advertisement (e.g. a purchase). Individual visitors are not personally identified in the process. Processing takes place only once you have given your consent.
7. Google Customer Reviews
After an order we may ask for your consent to take part in a customer satisfaction survey from Google Customer Reviews. If you agree, your email address, your order number and further order data needed to carry out the survey are transmitted to Google.

9. Payment processing
We use PostFinance Checkout (Wallee) to process payments. When you pay, the data required for payment processing is transmitted to the payment service provider concerned. Processing takes place solely in order to carry out the payment. The privacy provisions of the payment service provider concerned apply in addition.
10. Contacting us
If you contact us by email or via the contact form, we process your details solely in order to deal with your enquiry. The data is not passed on to third parties without your consent, unless there is a legal obligation to do so.
11. Newsletter (CleverReach)
We use the CleverReach service from CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG, Germany, to send our newsletter. If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address and – where you provide it voluntarily – your name are stored.

jsCookieCheck: stores consent for cookie data storage (consent management). Retention period: 1 year.
Google reCAPTCHA: form protection against bots. The information generated about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
