Description
Grey-beige is the Ponte Roma for basics you wear often: jersey trousers, culottes, a plain T-shirt dress. The shade sits between beige and grey and therefore suits warm earth tones just as well as grey and white.
The Romanit Jersey is 146 cm wide, weighs 300 g/m2 and consists of 70% viscose, 26% polyester and 4% elastane.
Watch the grainline when cutting: the fabric stretches considerably more across than lengthwise, and with trousers that decides whether they bag at the knee. Light, quiet shades show the stitching more than patterned fabrics, so a test seam on a scrap is worth it before you carry on with the garment.
