Description
White tulle for volume under the skirt: as an underskirt it lifts a dress and gives it that round silhouette. What is practical when sewing is that tulle does not fray, so you can leave the edges raw and save yourself the neatening. To gather it, sew two rows with a long straight stitch and pull on the bobbin thread.
