Description
Knitted ribbing in green, knitted in the tube, for finishes on sweatshirt jackets, jumpers, waistcoats and children’s trousers. The rich green is a plain shade with which you can pick up a colour from a patterned sweatshirt fabric or set a deliberate contrast.
The fibre composition is 95% cotton and 5% elastane, the weight 517 g/m2, the width 30 to 32 cm.
As tubular fabric it saves you the lengthwise seam: you cut the piece to length, close the ring and fold it in half lengthwise. For a waistband in a double layer you need twice the height plus seam allowance. My tip: pin the ribbing in quarters and distribute the stretch evenly, then it sits neatly all the way round.
