Description
Industrial needle for fine knitted fabrics: if thin jersey pulls small holes along the seam, an overly sharp needle is usually to blame. This one is made for long-sleeved tops, leggings and attached ribbing. Sew a test seam on an offcut before you start on the finished pieces.

Special application needle: SAN(TM) 10 for working fine knitted and woven fabrics
The SAN™ 10 special application needle combines gentle treatment of the material with sufficient needle stability. Thanks to its slim shape it has a smaller displacement cross-section around the eye, which means less strain on the loops as the needle enters. This reduces damage from burst loops. At the same time, the special shaping of the blade gives the needle enough stability to avoid needle breakage
Sewing application: Lockstitch
Small ball point (FFG)
- Round point with a small ball
- Suitable for fine to medium-weight knitted and woven fabrics
- As it enters, the small ball point pushes the knitted and woven threads aside. The structure of the material is therefore not damaged.
- Especially suitable for jersey and tricot
Example applications: underwear, T-shirts, sportswear, shirts, blouses, swimwear
