Description
Fleece in grey with a striped look: a cuddly, soft fleece fabric whose texture is reminiscent of very wide-wale corduroy, only much softer. If you want to sew a warm jacket, a gilet, a hoodie or a reversible hat, this is the fleece to reach for.
The material is 100% polyester, the weight 235 g/m2, the width 145 cm. The calm plain grey combines with almost any colour.
Fleece does not fray, so you can leave the edges raw or neaten them with an overlocker. Sew with a jersey needle and a slightly elastic stitch, then the seam holds while the garment is worn. My tip: cut with the rotary cutter, that way the pile stays put and you get less fluff on the table.
