Elastic Band in 15 mm is the narrow size for small waistbands: baby harem trousers, doll’s clothes, sleeve cuffs on lightweight blouses. White disappears under pale fabric. If you topstitch the band on directly, stretch it slightly as you sew and use a stretch stitch.
The universally usable elastic band is recommended for fine, lightweight fabrics. The soft, elastic band can be threaded into the hems of trousers, skirts or pyjamas, or topstitched in place. The soft elastic band is stable, keeps its shape when stretched and does not constrict. The product is certified to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 and meets the highest standards for skin friendliness and manufacture. The soft, elastic bands in various widths are washable up to 60 degrees and tumble dryer safe.
