When people think of denim, most picture exactly this dark blue – a cotton denim for a garment that will be worn for years. A flat-felled seam on the inside stands up to the strain, and at bulky joins it helps to hammer the layers flat first. My tip: do not forget to pre-wash.

I sell my fabric by the metre, and the price is quoted per metre too. You can order in 10 cm steps – for 1.6 metres you simply enter the quantity 1.6 in the order field. The fabric is of course cut in one piece.
