Description
This Romanit Jersey is printed: a herringbone stripe in anthracite and black that looks like a classic suiting fabric from a distance. Use it to sew blazers, pencil skirts or a long cardigan that look like the office but wear like jersey.
The fabric is 150 to 152 cm wide, weighs 320 g/m2 and is made up of 55% polyester, 40% viscose and 5% elastane.
Because the herringbone runs as a stripe, lay out all pattern pieces in the same direction and make sure the stripes meet at the side seams. Pin across the seam and nothing will shift while you sew. When cutting on the fold, check beforehand that the stripe sits centred.
