Looking for a fabric you can spot instantly in a chaotic wardrobe? French Terry in yellow does exactly that. For children it becomes a jacket with a zip, and the leftovers make a drawstring gym bag. Topstitch the edges with a contrasting thread; that lifts the shape of the finished piece.
French Terry (summer sweatshirt fabric) in cotton with elastane
This French Terry is not brushed on the inside and is very comfortable to wear against the skin. It sits halfway between our cotton jersey and the heavier, warmer sweatshirt fabric, which is usually brushed on the inside.
Ideal for comfortable hoodies, sweatshirts, T-shirts for autumn, warmer dresses, jumpers, tracksuit and jogging bottoms, pyjamas and so on.
