Description
With the Prym pressing ruler you set up a hem and press it in one pass instead of measuring again at every point. With jersey that really pays off: a pre-pressed hem edge no longer slips away under the twin needle. Just as helpful when pressing seam allowances on bags.
These two rulers make preparing to sew all kinds of hems and pleats enormously easier. Measuring, marking, folding and pressing can all be done in quick steps with these practical helpers. So that you can work comfortably at any scale, Prym supplies the heat-resistant pressing rulers in two different sizes. Punched-out lines transfer the marking lines onto the fabric precisely. Both rulers have a vertical metric scale on the front, ideal for shortening trouser and sleeve hems. On the back of the ruler there is a horizontal scale that lets you mark, fold and press long straight hems perfectly. The illustrated instructions for shortening trousers printed on the template are particularly helpful.
