Description
Quilted fabric with a houndstooth check for a transitional jacket. Because both sides of this stepper stay on show, it is best to finish the edges, the hem and the sleeve ends with bias binding. A hood or a sleeveless jacket can also be cut from it very nicely.
This stepper is exactly the right thing for a one-of-a-kind jacket. One side is printed with a houndstooth check in black and wool white, the other side is dyed carmine red. That way you can work with the fabric unlined and conjure up wonderful effects.
