Thread it through the casing with a safety pin and pin the open end to the fabric so that it does not slip back on you while you push it through.

The elastic is certified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and meets the highest demands in terms of skin compatibility and manufacture. At 4,5 mm wide it is particularly slim and yet still convinces with high stability.
