Description
Cotton jersey with robins on a denim blue ground by Fräulein von Julie. The fabric is soft, consists of 95 % cotton and 5 % elastane, is approx. 150 cm wide and weighs 193 g/m2 – a mid-weight from which shirts, dresses, long-sleeved tops and children’s trousers are made. Certified to Oeko-Tex Standard 100.
The dark denim blue makes the bird motif a fabric for the cooler season, easy to combine with ribbing in blue or grey. Sew it with a jersey needle and a stretch stitch, or on the overlocker, then the seam will not tear when stretched. Prewash it once before cutting, because cotton jersey can shrink in the first wash – that way your favourite piece still fits later on.
