Description
Elastic piping in light green, 8 mm wide, made of 92% PA and 8% EL. The fresh green sets an accent on children’s clothing without you having to cut a second fabric – a narrow strip in the seam is enough to give a plain shirt or a reversible hat some definition.
Because the tape is elastic, you can lay it into stretchy seams and catch it in with the overlocker or an elastic stitch. A chalk line on the right side of the fabric helps you mark the position, then nothing slips as you lay it in. If the piping is to run all the way round, put the ends together in the least conspicuous part of the seam, at the side seam for example.
