With swim lycra, black is the colour you cannot go wrong with: it goes with every patterned length and stays understated. The matt surface takes the shine off the fabric. For cutting out it is best to lay it out in a single layer and work with the rotary cutter.
The summer season is sure to come. A great fabric for sewing your own swimming costume, bikini or swimming trunks. The fabric is just as well suited to sewing a gym leotard or leggings. It comes in a range of plain colours.
